HRV & lactate testing allow us to target your needs repeatedly and accurately. With a spectrum of tools and techniques to push the specific adaptations required for you to excel in your sport you can go way further than with anything available at the average gym. The equipment setup here is specific enough to target every possible adaptation signal, allowing you to pick and choose sessions and intensity to perfectly suit your training phase, I am here to help so just reach out.
Some athletes need a weekly hill‑style session to force a bit of mitochondrial adaptation. Others do three short re‑HIT rides to sharpen endurance and create glycogen starvation. We start with a quick baseline check and then move forward with what works for you and your goals.
