Each week, you attend between two and four one-hour sessions depending on your goals. Every session delivers a specific biological signal that improves how your body produces energy, handles oxygen, and recovers.

I’m Thom. A good chunk of my early life was spent dealing with injuries that had shaped my body without my knowledge. That constant low-level pain is what pushed me into learning how to train for wellbeing first, performance second.
The Cardio Shed is the result of years of fixing that mistake. Everything here is built around intelligent stimulus, nervous-system respect and long-term health, not ego lifting or punishment workouts. I’ve broken myself enough times to know how not to break you!
